Strange sound when accelerating

    Need a little advise on something, It sounds like a tapping but its not the tappets, ive been told it might be something simple as the oil needs changing, ive looked at the spark plugs too all seems ok, it happens and gets louder when i accelerate, ive no idea what it could be but its affecting the acceleration the power is dropping to and responce time isnt as it was either

    has anyone got any ideas? as im stumped

    could be a number of things, but best place to start is making sure its got decent air feed, so air filter, air box etc make sure nothing is blocked.
