Problem with the dashboard panel

    HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!

    Unfortunately last days i am having a problem with my saxo...

    two days before i ran out of battery and I manage to start the car with letting it in the downhill and putting gear. The car started BUT the indicators on the display from that point are not working. I went to an electrician and we change battery, measure the alternator and we saw the fuses. Everything are ok! The indicators gasoline motors, temperature and miles are still off though.

    I use the torque to scan for faults but it doesn t show me any errors and the car gave me indication for speed etc. normally in my cellphone screen.

    The car is 1.4 Vts or Furio as you know it in England.

    Do you have any idea what might be; (sorry for my english - since it is not my birth language...)

    Sounds like the dials are dead after a voltage spike. Best bet would be to try fitting another set of dials and see if they work, if torque is reading the sensors and giving you a value, but the dials aren't displaying them, it can only really be the dials.

    That is what i think (and hope). Monday morning I will take another set of dials to test if it is working - if it is working I will buy it

    and since we will do this I will change also the leds in the panel with blue.

    today the dashboard panels are working just fine! and i didn t do anything...

    I ll go crazy with the saxo
