Gauge cluster resetting itself.

   When i turn the key to start the Saxo the time resets on its own and goes back to the default 1:00 time,i noticed the revs counter does the same and only after a few seconds it starts working,is this an earth somewhere that's causing the problem? I checked the fuses last time and they were all fine,don't know what else it could be.

   Loose plug at the back of the cluster?

   I'll have to remove all the plastic to check this so I'll keep this in mind for later,from what i remember the plugs are secured in place by some sliding mechanism so not many chances they would come off on their own,thanks for the advice.
