Fitting Alloys to Saxo Furio

  1. #1
Bought a saxo furio recently, and have began the mods. Have got some multi fit alloys which are compatible with the 4x108 pattern. However when it came time to put them on they wouldn't fit properly.
The matey who did it said needed spacers and extended bolts to fit them. Since i could probably fill up a post it note with the amount i know about fitting alloys, i'm pretty stumped which ones to get.
Has anyone owned a furio and had this problem before? need to know what size spacer back and front and what size bolts. The wheels are 15inch don't know if that is of any help. If anyone could guide me would appreciate it cheers.

You need to find out the ofset of the wheels - the amount it sticks out from the hub.

It's often stamped inside the wheel!

What were the wheels fitted to before?

    What size tyres are fitted?

As said you need to find the ET should be on the inside of the wheels somewhere. Personally though I would just get rid of the alloys and get some that are a direct fitment spacers aren't cheap and ontop of that if they are big spacers it can affect the handling of the car and also put more strain on bearings.
