Plugs on vts engine

   Just on with a conversion just above where the gearbox meets the block there's the a coolant pipe which attaches to a cast housing with a few sensors what plugs go where? Is there any photos up anywhere ?

   Could the plug connect up to these wires that are missing a plug?

   Or make it easier can someone take a photo of this area on another vts/ gti so I can marry everything up

    Well the green plug on the thermostat housing is the coolant temperature sensor.Your last picture do the pins match up with the green sensor on the thermostat housing?If so try plugging them in.

    The spare green plug you would should fit the green sensor which is also green but it doesn't fit in. It needs to be a plug that goes over the top of the sensor if you get me rather than plugging in.

    Check around your other plugs in case you've plugged the wrong plug into the wrong sensor.
