start problem

   Hi I have a saxo forte 2001 1.1 it wont start unless I unplug the icv. I have changed it and hasnt solved the problem I changed crank sensor aswell. I plugged it in and no fault codes its stumped a few ppl any suggestions doin my head in I have cleaned both icv and still nothing

   With the new icv in did you do the preset? Turning the ignition on then leave for 5 seconds turn off and repeat 5 times? with it plugged in, will it start with the throttle body open?

   Also unless the eml light is on then no fault codes will be logged.

   It will start if its unplugged al try preset forgot to do that .. the eml was on originally on with code cylinder 1 reference sensor but it never back on al post 2moz with results
