Fitting vts wheels to 02 vts

   Hi i have spent hours searching still cannot get an answer i have bought some vts wheels and want to fit them to my vtr the wheelbolts i have are flat with a washer and slight taper half way down are these the same as vts wheel bolts thanks

   as far as i know they should be the right bolts.

   Different, you'll need the tapered bolts. X

   The wheels clearly need the flat seated 1s just want to make sure these are the correct 1s

   should be easy enough to tell by just looking into the holes of the vts wheels, you can see if the holes are tapered or if they are flat seated. Just try a bolt in the hole and see how it fits if it feels snug and enough thread pokes through the other side then it should be fine.

    Tried fitting today and although the stuck threw the back of the wheel 10mm+ they only threaded it about 2-3mm because of the disc so no vts wheels do not fit with vtr wheel bolts. Vts wheel bolts must be 10mm longer so will need to find a vts being broken now 😔
    
    If anyone could post a pic of a vts wheel bolt next to a ruler or tapemeasure would be a great help 😉 t

    really? oh i thought flat washer wheel bolts would be the right set

    The flat seated bit it correct its just that they are not long enough

    After some research i think its because the vtr ones are tapered half way down the shaft where as vts 1s are same diameter all the way down?
