VTR to VTS fuel tank

   putting a turbo VTS engine in my VTR and just wondering about fuel feed and return etc.
   I understand that the FPR is in the bay and the vacuum pipe from it goes to the inlet, and all I have to do is run a line from the fuel pump to the rail, then from the other end of the rail back to the pump.
   But what do I do with this green bit and all the lines coming off it on the fuel tank?

   It's just a breather, it also stops fuel coming out if the car rolls upside down.
