Ive got a vectra c 2.2 petrol, I know this is a saxo forum but thought i could ask 
So i undid all 4 bolts on the EGR valve to give it a clean as eml is on, so as i undo the last screw and the valve comes loose it starts dribbling what i think is engine coolant as it's red. So i just left it and put all the screws back in incase it drained all the coolant or something lol.
So any ideas what could cause coolant from egr valve? (car runs fine btw)
Also it wasnt the thermostat that i undid
