hi all I'm new to the forum and am looking for some help,
I am in the process if building an autograss ax using all the running gear from a 53 plate saxo vtr.
Basically everything is swapped over, I have kept the main wiring loom and fuse boxes just cut out the things not needed. The ecu has been un locked.
I have been waiting for my fuel tank as it has been specially made, so I rigged up a temporary tank to check the car will start. Car started on the button, then checked fault codes after this no relevant fault codes after running.
The car then went off to have the roll cage made, got the car back fitted the pump etc and now the bugger won't start.
There is no supply for the fuel pump and also fuel injectors. So obviously car cranks and does not fire. Checked fault codes found x4 injector low load faults stored, O2 sensor fault and tank vent fault stored.
I have consulted my crappy Haynes manual wiring diagram which shows the double injection relay supplies the pump and injectors.
The wire colours and pins are different on my car to the wiring diagram so I am unsure which wire is for what and what to check.
WhAt I can confirm is that I have 3 battery voltage feeds to the relay and that's it.
I have ordered another relay and also tried a donor ecu.
I could do with a decent wiring diagrAm if anyone has one and also some help!
My diag gear communicates with the ecu all ok, it shows crank signal when trying to start etc.
