heater/handbrake/axle squeaking not working

    the heater packed up a few weeks ago and im planning to have a look at 'why' at the weekend. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?..

    Handbrakes gone awol too and the rear axles squeaking away ...

    Relay on the heater will be a good shout.

    Rear Axle, could be buses or the shock but be prepared for a knackered axle.

    Handbrake wither needs adjusting or the cables snapped.

    Appreciate the quick response..any recommendations on where to get an axle from?..

    You can buy second had, FB groups are good. If your going to splash some cash then a recon from IM Axles

    Ill google im axles..how easy is it to change the rear bushes?

    They're on the axle so needs to come off.

    TBH I don't know if im talking about he right things but are the rear bushes behind the teardrop shaped pieces of metal which are themselves held in place with a bolt?

    May not be a bush, what's your axle and shocks like?

    Again tbh I got no idea.I will have a look on Friday when Im off. I have had to take the plate off before and packed it with grease which cured the squeak for a few months.
    The rear end now feels like its going to let go when travelling with any speed...

    Sounds like the bearings knackered, if it is, new beam

    been quoted £255 for a recon axle..sound about right?.

    I paid that, good price. Did you use IM?
