Vtr to vts conversion key light on dash is flashing

   I've just converted my vtr to vts, I put the vts Ecu and ignition barrel in but key light is flashing? Do I have to get a unlocked Ecu or am I doing something wrong?

   Have you removed your immobiliser, and was the ECU unlocked

   I haven't removed the immobiliser box should i do that? And no it wasn't it came out of the car along with engine and ignition barrel

   You'll also need to change the transponder pickup and the black box behind the dash if you've got them from the vts, also hope your ecu hasn't been locked in the meantime

   You'll just need the vts immobilise unit, pick up ring doesn't materr

   Ok I've got the box from behind fuse box out of the vts I'll try it soon

   Done it made no difference think only option is to get Ecu unlocked
