Saxo clutch cable replacement

   Hi all my clutch cable snapped on my vts and have been trying to fit the new one without any success. I've used wire & string etc to thread the new cable through the bulk head but it just won't go through. Have been trying for about a week and now have knacked the new cable. Is there any tips etc on how I can get this done as it is doing my head in. Cheers

   got the nut wound all the way out on the gearbox end? it is an absolute bastard of a job, took two of us over an hour to just fit the new one to my old VTR. you might be having issues with the actual cable housing not fitting through to its slot in the bulkhead

   I'm on the scotch estate. I'm gona have another go at it on Sunday jst bought new clutch cable direct from Citroen.

   Sorted it new cable went straight in. Saxo back on the road. Thanks for the advice people.
