Exhaust Smell When Foot Down

   Hi All,
   
   When driving my car like normal theres usually no smell of exhaust inside (maybe sometimes), but as soon as i put my foot down a bit, it stinks! Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this?

   Minor leak and gas is escaping as you get your foot doen

   Anyway to easily work out the leak? Soapy water maybe?
   
   Guessing its the coming from the join between the exhaust outlet and manifold?

   Get someone to rev the car,whilst you hold a rag over the tailpipe any gases will be pushed out of leaking joints.
