Vtr to vts conversion won't start?

   I've converted my vtr to vts just put my unlocked ecu on it this morning and tried starting the fuel pump primed and it started and cut out, tried it again fuel pump wasn't priming and it was just spinning over checked fuel lines and no fuel so put a live straight to the fuel pump but it's still spinning over any ideas?

   Did you strip the engine at all?

   Did you reset the red inertia switch?
