few wee niggles

Hi all, just picked up another vtr after a few years away without one, managed to pick up a mk1/2 (the best shape imo), it's pretty unmolested from what I can see, apart from a decat and induction kit, my problems are minor but bug me a lot, 1st is the usual fuel gauge, if I brim the tank the gauge only goes to 3/4, I've had the tank unit out to make sure nothing is stuck, when I manually move the float as far as it goes gauge still only reads 3/4, 2nd is when going for it off a set of lights I.e 6000rpm then change gear the revs hang up there and takes a few seconds to come down, I know this is the stepper motor, but can I change this some how as I hate the way it holds its revs, 3rd is sunroof rattles when open, is there anything to adjust? I'm sure there was more but can't remember off the top of my head right now lol thanks guys
