Front Strut damper inserts

   hiya peeps,
   
   anyone know anywhere online where i can get something called
   
   "Front Strut damper inserts " for the front suspension and are they the same both sides.
   
   it is for a saxo vtr mk2.

   Front strut damper inserts is code for shock absorber/damper.
   
   Called an insert as on the saxo it is inserted into the strut and bolted down. Most online parts places should be able to get them
