driver door problem

   The driver door on my 3door 1999 model will not open from the outside, how can I fix this?

   Get the door card off and see if anything is disconnected

   Sounds like the linkage has popped off / broke. The inside and outside handles work on two separate rods.
   
   As said get the door card off and get someone to use it whilst you have a look to see what's happening.
