Hi guys just bought a new alternator and it has a different wiring type, see pictures.

    Old one, plug in type

    New one without plug,

So i plug the main cable with the round ring into the biggest nut with B+ on then if I cut the plug off which one does the cable plug into on the new one?

    Thanks

Thanks Steve 👍 always helpful 😄
Can the D+ go into any of the 2 D+ nuts as there's 2?
    Thanks

No ideally you'll need to put the ring connector on the D that's got the plastic cut-out section(designed to have wire connected to it)
