DS3 steeringwheel in Saxo?

#2Not a straight forward fit no. But anythings doable, think someone fitted an Audi wheel before.
-
#3I asked the local Citroën dealer and he told me it was a stupid idea and it is not possible...
Still want it done, but don't know where to go. I think I'll fix up all the other stuff I want done on the car before I'll spend to much money on a steeringwheel that may not even fit. Don't even know what a DS3 steeringwheel costs... Maybe the local customiseshop can help. -
#4It's been done

#5I've seen a C2 wheel in a Saxo on here before but not a DS3 one.
Cost around £50-100, would expect the basic ones to be cheaper. -
#6Visited some customiseshops, but they are not willing to try. That's the end of that... for now...

#7Yeah an Audi wheel was fitted on that blue saxo with a cream engine bay and on air.
Looked ridiculous haha!

#8I wouldn't tamper with anything airbag, keep in mind it's an explosive aimed at your face.

#9I'm sure the insurance company would not be too happy about a non oem being fitted.

#10I’ve looked in to this myself (although admittedly, I’ve not made the phone calls you have) as I would like to do the same. You could go all out, and get a steering wheel with buttons, all you would need is a cross-over cable to make it work with the headunit.
It will be possible. It’s just a case of assessing the cost benefit trade off. Loads of people in the dub scene fitted new Audi steering wheels to old polos, golfs etc. One bloke even had a £400 R8 steering wheel in a Mk4 golf probably worth around the same amount.
