106 analog clock issue (time clock)

  1. #1
have a diesel 106 with the old clocks that has a clock rather than a rev counter lol

anyway, when car is running the time stays correct. when i leave the car for 10 mins to run into tescos etc. the clock seems to keep its time and continue to work as normal but over night it seems to go all wrong and the time is way off.

just wondering if this is a known fault within the clock or is there some other way it could stop when car is left off

    thanks

All plugs are fine steve gave them a check as i was changing some bulbs. Its the old connecters were the circuit board is folded over plastic that the connector slides onto. And no i havent broke the clock changing bulbs its been like this from day one. It only annoys me because i replaced blown bulbs and i can now see it lol
