Can anyone give me any information about the lexia scanners, year of cars it will work on, is there subscription prices for the software....basically anything I should know about it.
I recently bought an obd2 scanner for my T plate VTS after the supplier assured me it will work but after a few attempts it's still not communicating with the ecu properly, it can show me what my injectors are doing, abs system etc but it can't read any fault codes and throws an error message to advise that it can't communicate with the ecu.
I've emailed the supplier and so far they are dealing with things exactly how I hoped they would, they have given me a few options...
*Send it back recorded delivery for a full refund.
*exchange it for the lexia scanner but it's down to me to install on my own laptop.
*send it back along with another £80 and they will supply a laptop and the lexia all installed ready to use.
Obviously worth having the scanner to save unexpected garage costs but have no idea about the lexia at all so any information will be gratefully received
