GMAX Suspension

   GMAX Suspension - Saxo 1.6 16v VTS/VTR 5.96> 35mm drop - 40 CI 08
   
   Hi im just about to buy a full set of sport suspension for my saxo VTS, can any give me any advice on wether this kit is any good, its costing 199.95 ( thats including being fit).

   total and unter sh**e, made the mistake once before getting a g-max kit worst thing I did, best of saving a bit more and go for a set of billies, with faulkner springs, or hks, so much better

   i have them on my vtr, really dont mind them actually, never had any problems with them
   
   but as YM03 says, save up and get a better kit, will be worth it

   lucky for some but had nothing but bother with the ones I had, went thro 3 dampers in 7mth but live and learn

   I wouldn't buy it personally simply because I don't rate them and heard bad stories.
   
   Save up, buy a Spax one. Much better.

   spax are the same price lol i hav a spax kit bn on for just over a yr now not had any problems yet! i wouldn't get g-max tho heard 2 many bad stories!

   Go over to GMC motorsports and get the bilstein kit. Cost me 439 quid delivered. But worth it. I got the 40mil drop

    199 inc fitting is mega cheap. If you just want looks then go for it. If you want to drive the thing save up and get the GMC kit or the bilstien sprint.Spax are also wank I hear

    yup gmax are shite, as are spax, not much better than standard. save up for the gmc as david says or some konis.

    i have gmax on mine and i think they are good, ive never had a problem with mine nor has my mate as he has them too, i know a lad with a vts that has spax's and hes gone through 3 dampers, and he dont even drive it hard.
    
    there are better kits but if you are on a budget then get that as you will notice the difference over standard alot

    i had gmax springs on my clio, and they were rubbish

    with your car being a VTS i certainly wouldnt skimp out on such a thing like suspension as it can mean life or death in certain cases. i own a 1.1 and love the g-max setup but its not exactly a thrill machine! save up some more and go for the good stuff mate.

    gmax out of the window now, got a full bilstein set instead, costs alot more but they are alot more reliable and handle awesome.
