Reverse gear dosent go in. Urgent.

   I have just put my new saxo together and the reverse dosent want to go in all of the gears are ok just I have a lot of play in the gear stick. I have a good gearbox just the gear stick dosent go to reverse.

   control rods on wrong and or the lower g/box mounting is upside down

   Ok can somebody show some picks how the control rod has to be on?
