   are they a straight fit on Saxo VTS Struts do they clear the 15" standard wheels? and are they a good upgrade over stock?

   They are a very good upgrade yes,they fit straight in on Saxo VTS,you will need spacers to fit them on standard wheels but I'm unsure of the width you will need.
