Cam Sprocket/Spindle

   Well my exhaust cam spindle has disintegrated, and i can't find a replacement on the web anywhere can anyone point me in the right direction

   I am not a 100% what part you are referring to but I would suspect you could get them from a scrap yard or if not PSA is normally not to bad at having stock of parts so I suspect you can still get them new.

   It's the toothed cam spindle attached the exhaust cam (vts dohc) that the timing belt sits on, thanks I'll have a look at them for a spare may give in and buy a new engine as it caused the belt to skip and guarantee I've bent all 16 valves so just be cheaper to fit new engine myself!

   You mean the cam sprocket(like a big cog)

   yes it's the cam sprocket (or spindle depending on who you ask!) looking at an engine transplant anyway the cost of one of these sprockets and new valves, hg kit, cam belt kit etc far exceeds the price of a new engine
