car snatches when letting off throttle

   Alright folks.
   For a while my car has been snatching when letting off the accelerator in 1st and 2nd gear but now its started doing it in all gears which is doing my head in. Ive looked on google but thats all when accelerating. Anyone got any idea what it could be? Thinking icv or something. Or could it be engine mounts worn? Cheers

   Worn engine/gearbox mounts or maybe the biting point of the clutch is wrong?

   How do I check the engine mounts? I have noticed if I rev the engine a bit from under the bonnet my engine jumps a bit. Should it be solid?
