Gaz Gold suspension, opinions?

    I've been lucky enough to have been given a full Gaz Gold set up that is away for rebuild at present.

    My current suspension set up on the car is Bilstein B8 Grp N dampers on the front with Apex 50mm springs, 26mm rear torsion bars with standard rear dampers, all suspension bushes have been replaced with polybushes. I also run a front upper and lower OMP strutbrace configuration.

    The car is road legal and occasionally used as a daily driver.

    My question: is the Gaz Gold set up best saved purely for track? Or would it be suitable to used on my track car on the road as well?

    The standard gold kit uses a stiffer spring than the Apex springs. Some like that, some would swap for slightly softer ones.
    I'd fit some 220lb springs and try the Gaz.
