my saxo west coast rear suspension

I have a 99 plate saxo west coast, and the suspension on the passenger side is a full inch lower than the drivers side. I believe the person who had it before me tried to lower it and got bored pretty much. How do I adjust the torsion bars on the passenger side or do I have to adjust both sides, any help much appreciated cheers.

First I would remove the ARB bolt and just check that they have not done something silly http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/7834/img2861lh.jpg the car may level out once you did this. If so pull the plate all the way off then place back on and retighten. If that does not held you may have to reset the bar http://www.suzukituning.com/PSA/Suspension/Lowering.htm
