Is there an immo/ecu fuse/relay

After many failed attempts of getting it to even turn over I tried the battery and it's got enough there to power it, I disconnected it over night then put the old ecu back on with the immo and the light flashes for around 10sec and stops which is an improvement but still won't turn over.. I've checked earths and the starters getting enough power on the coil so I'm stuck what reason could there be for not even turning over?

It's immobilised hence the light flashing, meaning there's no fuel getting to the rail.

I don't wanna pay out for another ecu if it ain't gonna work

You need to remove the immobiliser unit first then plug the unlocked immobiliser in. Problem is lots of people claim to have unlocked them but you don't really know.

But if it was the immo it would still turn over right?

Should turn over but not spark or fuel, you not even getting a click from the starter?

I get one click from I'm guessing one of the relays on the passenger side
