Remote that drains itself

   Got a remote that works fine just after install new battery then overnight drains batteries .... was working fine till last week - my drivers door lock broken so annoying having to climb over - any1 else had this ? its not the car just the bloody remote !

   Probably a short inside the remote causing it to drain.

   Damn was working fine i'll have to see how much Citroen charge for new one reprogrammed
   
   or see if i can send it to be fixed, definitely shorting somewhere .
