Saxo 1.1 sounds like a belt sweaking

    Can anybody give some advice I have 1.1 saxo and on a cold start and in drive there's a sweaking noise pretty sure it's a belt but unsure which one it is anybody any advice only last about 10sec ??

    Can you turn your alternator belt more than a quarter turn?

    If so, it's loose. Adjust the nut on the underside and tighten the slack.

    Yeah, if it squeaks from cold then goes, you have a loose alternator belt. Not much to worry, as above tighten it up or replace if it needs to be.
