Every now and again my car loses the ability to engage first and second gear, it's as if it's slipped out of the linkage, so I have to go to put it into reverse and gears 1 and 2 can then again be selected.
It doesn't happen lots but is rather annoying. Was just wondering if it's a case of knackered linkages and if it is, which ones should I buy and how easy are they to change?
It's on my 106 quiksilver but thought I'd ask here as 106 oc is a bit boring!
