Hi could anyone tell me what the ride hight is on vts and where do I measure from after I pull torsion bars out to put back to original hight again

    Happy to be corrected

    Floor to jacking points

    190mm Front
    220mm Rear

Pull out torsion bar, set height of trailing arm, reinsert torsion bar.

    'Pull out torsion bar'...

If it was only that simple! There's usually a lot of swearing involved during that.

Usually if they've been lowered it isn't that hard to change the height again afterward, they usually get well greased up upon refitting. That is of course if the last person that touched it wasn't a prat.

Mines starting to 'Ping' nicely so it needs a rebuild... again...

At the rear don't lower based on body to floor.

Standard height is 305mm between the shock absorber mounting holes.
You lower at a ratio of 2.5:1. so 285mm between the holes would be lowering 50mm ride height.
