Hi guys, basically my dipstick plastic end snapped on a cold day and is stuck inside the neck that the dipstick sits in, now a new dipstick wont fit in all the way so it seems and i dont want to force the piece of plastic into the engine, how can i get it out without dropping the sump? Recent oil change so dont want to drop sump if i can help it

Also im planning on buying a set of white VTS alloys tomorrow for my VTR now will these fit straight on without spacers? I have disc at the back. The car sits high isnt lowered at all that i know and being Icelandic Grey any ideas what colour would go well with the grey i cant see white being a great match for the silver..

    Any input appreciated guys!

Sounds like the end of the dipstick is stuck in the tube rather than in the sump. You'll not get the tube off with out the manifold off.

Best bet is drain the oil, drop the sump and you should get it from the inside. Put the same oil back in.

S wheels are a straight fit.

    White wheels

Thanks for speedy reply mick! are the vts alloys worth going for as far as handling is concerned? they sure look well just not 100% sure what colour would go best on my car was thinking either black, red or green

You should be able to get the tube off with the manifold still on shouldn't you? Less ball ache than dropping the sump!
