Citroen said i have to buy a whole new key and fob cost £177

I have found a donor fob exactly the same as mine a company called autotronics

They are going to transfer the info on my old one to the donor one and fix any componants that need sorting

    Cost £40

So basically a big fuck you to Manu for being a sarcy bastard as Citreon wouldn't do it for the price you apparantly "know"

yeah they also quoted me £180 when I lost my mates key for his saxo.
youd be better off putting a hawk alarm on it and junking the oem one

Well excuse me for not making a phone call to Citroens on behalf of this chap, so to double check on the price I paid ages ago. Then I'm oh so sorry if the replacement part + reprogram quote is higher than just the reprogram quote itself. Turns out he paid 40, so basically a big fuck you to you and your little sarcy comment. As in sarcy: abbreviation for sarcastic, or the word used by a dumbass who apparently can't spell scary right. *Citroen

You have the audacity to comment on my spelling when you use a plural where a singular should be used but let's not wave our dicks about hey.

Yes he paid £40, by not taking your advice, advice which by the way you were so sure was right. Turns out once again that you weren't. Was this one of those hypothetical situations that you have experienced in your vastly eventful life that didn't actually happen.

You still can't make the difference between supplying a new fob + reprogramming, and just reprogramming an existing fob. There might be a slight price change when doing so...

I indeed once paid 40 for reprogramming a fob. Shame I gave away the car's history when I sold the car, I would have sent you a copy of the invoice. Now I'm not too sure if replacing or repairing any car part can be seen as eventful, or the price paid, nor do I care that you weren't there as a credible witness for any future purposes. That said I need to buy a boot actuator one of these days, would you like to turn up? You know, just in case I would have to tell someone how much I paid for it... Let me know, then I'll schedule the trip to the dealer and if you're nice, I'll even put the kettle on.
