Vts conversion won't start

    It's a vtr with a vts lump in it, was seen running by me a few days ago it's a 3plug he said he drove it and switched it off came back to it later it wouldn't start just keeps turning over he says it's a wiring fault I think it's the immobiliser or the fuel cut of switch any other ideas on what else it could be it's got to be simple

    Fuel pump relay(under the ecu)?

    3 things:

    check for spark
    check for air
    check for fuel

    if it hasn't been run in your vtr and its not starting id guess at immobiliser, was the box removed if so it shouldnt have locked. immobilser cuts spark i think check for that
