What should a citroen c2 coolant temp be running at 'normal'?

   Hi, as above question.
   My 106 has a Citroen c2 1.4 8v
   With my heaters on it'll fluctuate between 95℃ and 100℃
   To me I see that as normal, but today I managed to get my cool air on but the temp rose to about 110℃ and wouldn't drop. Not had a chance to test the fan as of yet but I have a sneaky suspicion that it's fubar as I've not heard it come on in the 5 weeks I've owned the car.

   sitting idling itthe coolant fan should go on and off when geting to approx 98c --so 110 is danger head gasket blowing temp

   Ah cheers, just got home and it was sitting on 110℃ popped the bonnet, no fan. Relay looks to be ok but I'll go stick another on it now and see if it fires up!
   Heads not gone just yet, pressure tested it last night.

   Put a new relay on, fans working now �� fingers crossed it was just in time before I destroyed the head gasket!
