I have a 106 gti that I replaced the head and fitted some brand new catcam 743s in. When cold it starts sweet as a nut and pulls great in every gear. When it warms up it misfires really badly. I have to put it in 5th and stay at about 1500rpm to be able to reach 30mph. I changed the plugs and coil pack as I've had a similar problem before. I also put a new coolant temperature sensor on at the same time. The lambda sensor has been changed in the past 12 months also. I have a new crank position sensor that I could replace but don't know where else the issue could be. Has anyone got any ideas? They would be greatly appreciated as I'm losing patience with it now ha.
