#2I'm guessing you don't mean the central locking fob otherwise I don't see why you can't just use the key anyway? is it an aftermarket alarm?
-
#3If it's an aftermarket alarm be warned it may have a back-up power source. If standard saxo alarm then just unplug it.

#4i poped down tesco to get a a23 battery and the fob started to work anything again. i have a plain cased fob with a big button and a small buttom, everything is back to normal my fob case is cracked the other thing is that every fob case i look at on ebay is competely different to the one i have.... so one i dont no what alarm systems is on it just all i no is when i lock it with fob indictors flash twice with a beep and everything locks would love to no what alarm is on it

#5Sounds like a predator alarm to me mate... Has it got a standard ecu? Any other mods to the car that could be a give away to any work that's been done?
-
#6It's decat front lowered manifold changed its a 3plug ecu that's all Ino from looking, I've noticed I've got sensors either side of my door pillars but I seen a post saying you can turn them off on the dash a button with a speaker sign with a cross through it, I don't have this button just checked my fob is black square apart from the top right which has a keyring hole it has two buttons on big button which unlocks and locks car with a beep beep after locking and one beep to unlock, I've googled for ages to find the same fob purely to replace the casing as mine is cracked

#7Hmmmm, weird, those black squares on the door pillars are standard alarm sensors for vtr up until 2002, what type of immobiliser have you got?
-
#8I don't no just notice the light on the display when I turn the key and it goes off after a second
