Rear arch carpet/boot carpet removal

    Whats the best way to get these carpets off the rear arches inside the boot? have unfortunately found more rust that needs seeing to so I need to get them off, If possible i'd like them off in one piece so I can re apply them later but if not its no big deal

    heat, then peel it off, remove the sticky residue with tardis, there's tar on them too, heat gun it and use a credit card or similar to scrape it off, tardis the residue of that off too
