Dash light bulbs

   Hi everyone hoping someone can help,
   I want to change my dash lights on my 2002 saxo desire 1.1 from the standard green to blue. Does anyone know if they will need to be soldred on and if blue dash lights will fail an mot?

   Yes they need soldering,no it's not an motal failure and lastly there's a guide.
