Black tray under seat?

   Might be a spazzy question but what's the black tray under the drivers seat for?

   Storage,ie wallet keys etc.

   Arh ok it's just weird that its not got a draw type thing and it's not got a front so if you brake reasonably hard everything will fly out and land under the pedals
