Hi everyone.
I have a W reg Saxo Forte 1.1 which has only done 35,000 miles and is regularly serviced, the last one being just 3 weeks ago.
Today after starting up (first time as usual) the yellow Engine Management icon stayed illuminated which according to the manual would indicate an ignition problem. It stayed on (constant not flashing)for my journey of 3 miles (10 minutes) but ever since it has NOT come on at any point. Did 60 miles today and all fine. Performance is excellent and I don't detect any abnormalities.
I'm puzzled and unsure whether to take it to my excellent service shop now and ask them to hook it up to a diagnostic device or see if it happens again before doing so.
Any comments would be appreciated and acknowledged.
