Managed to bend the tie rod on the GTi at Lydden by hitting the Kurb and almost rolling it (oops) so I've ordered a new one.. How do I go about fitting this? I'm sure it's self explanatory but nice to have some guidance before hand. Thank you. Also do I need a new track rod end do they Seize? Or just use the old as no issues with it?

#2Jack car up, wheel off, disconnect the track rod end balljoint from the strut (can be a bit difficult but should pop out with a few sharp knocks with a hammer to the strut where the bolt goes through) then its just a case of undoing the track rod from the centre of the steering rack using two spanners not sure on sizes but 18mm comes to mind? its a good idea to count the amount of turns when you take it off so you can get it back in roughly the same position, car will need the alignment doing afterwards ideally.. it is possible the track rod end may be seized so may be a good idea to get a new one of those too.
