Saxo VTR 53 plate jack

   I can't see a jack under the spare wheel of my 53 VTR. Are they located somewhere else on a VTR?
   
   I see there are two versions of jack, though the haynes only mentions one. If mines missing a jack do I need the big one in foam insert or the little jack in a plastic box? Where do the little plastic box ones get stored on the car?

   Should be inside the foam insert inside the spare wheel underneath the car for your car so if its not there then yeah you need one of those..

   53 plates as said above have the jack in a foam case which sits in the spare wheel.

   pretty sure you probably dont have one if you havent found it already, can pick up hydraulic jacks for cheap as mince though

   I've just ordered one of the other type a few minutes ago as I didn't know more replies were here I just came to thank Ben. Will the new type jack still work on my 53 plate?

   Sorry, it's a 52 plate. Getting mixed up with someone else's car!
