keeps blowing fuel pump fuse

   My saxo vts keeps blowing the fuse for the fuel pump (number 9). I've replaced the pump,filter and relay so can only think its a wiring problem. Anyone no the best place to start and what readings should be where with a multi meter.

   Shorting somewhere? Earth issue? Just guessing as I am really no nerd at electrics 😒

   Had this on mk2 vts 03 reg,was warn connector wire on fuel pump..
