Saxo vts turbo

    Hi guys and girl I have a saxo vts and am thinking of turboing it i know what kit I want but not sure what else I need such as if I need a modified sump and will I need bigger injectors ect any info would be appreciated thank you

    Have a look through the progress threads, quite a few people that have done turbo conversions from start to finish on here

    What are you after having? What you require will depend very much on what your after. As people have said there are loads of threads. But basically you have to have bits to connect oil pipes, water pipes, boost pipes, exhaust pipes and a way to add in a controlled manner the extra fuel. Then the more boost you add the more things start to brake and the more requires upgrading.

    There are two ways to go about doing it right. There are a great many ways to do it wrong.

    1. Set yourself a budget and do what you can within your budget.

    OR

    2. Set yourself a (SENSIBLE) target, and set out from the beginning with your target in mind and don't deviate, because you'll end up with a poor compromise.

    Bear in mind that most people set off with silly ideas and their projects end up getting sold off as parts, at great loss, before getting finished.

    If you want something that looks spectacular but only lasts a few seconds and ends going up in smoke, buy some fireworks.
