I was searching through threads on here a while ago and I'm sure it was one of our foreign posters who mentioned that the heater matrix could be replaced with just slight cutting of the dash instead of having to spend hours stripping everything out.
He also mentioned that the AX (gt?) heater matrix had mental instead of plastic pipes which meant it was much less likely to leak.
Does anyone know of a guide to doing this, or who the guy was that posted it so I can ask him about it?
