Spark Plug Saxo VTS

    There are a lot of threads about this, but i can't seem to find a proper definite answer.
    From the threads i concluded that:

    - "High-Spec" plugs such as ngk iridium and such are a waste of money unless you have a highly modified engine;
    - Bosh super 4 is risky;

    I was deciding between
    NGK 2288 BKR6EK
    or a bosh(way too many options and references)
    or maybe a champion?

    Engine is stock.
    What's your recommendation?

    Standard ngk,as it"s a stock engine.

    Either
    BKR6EZ
    BKR6EK

    By the ngk catalogue it says the BKR6EZ but i don't think that is trustworthy
